Here at Gyrofish we are operating a full capacity and are still shipping all orders the same day that are placed before 2PM. Although due to Covid-19 some things have changed some aspects of business, in which we detail below.
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
All of our staff are adhering to strict hygiene standards in our warehouse implementing social distancing in all areas of the work place. We care about the health and safety of all staff and customers and are ensuring that we all stay safe.
DELIVERY
Our delivery partners no longer require a signature for delivery, instead safely dropping your parcel/s off without contact.
Due to increased volume of parcels Auspost is receiving, reduction in air freight, as well as ensuring health and safety measures within facilities, delivery timeframes may be impacted.
EXPRESS POST GUARANTEE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option available during checkout, however meet the next business day delivery standard can not be guaranteed.

Local Pick-up
We currently allowing local pick-up and we have implemented measures to ensure that both staff and customers are in a safe environment. We ask that if you are showing any symptoms of sickness please do not choose local pick-up.
